Fetishize//Facade is a 100 page dual-cover art book that forms a layered interrogation of 21st century global culture. It depicts negotiations of internalized and externalized signifiers; as a byproduct of cultural fetishizations and facades of naturalized power relations. Focusing on the racially and sexually fetishistic nature of identity constructions, it critiques aesthetic notions of equality and the pervasive  rule of law.

It was created in collaboration with Sara Gonzalez-Bautista. This project is still active, as Sara and I continue to distribute copies online and at events, as well as plan future products and exhibitions based on this publication.
